We turn attention into value!
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
1. How long does it take to receive my videos after the shoot?
For social media content (Reels, TikTok) and short promotional videos, our initial draft delivery time is typically 3-7 business days from the shoot date. For larger projects like comprehensive event recaps or multiple-video campaigns, the timeline may vary due to the detailed editing, color grading, and sound design required. Once we share the initial edit, we gather your feedback and quickly finalize the project.
2. Does the video quality drop in low-light or challenging environments?
Absolutely not. Whether we are shooting in a dimly lit space, a dynamic outdoor setting, or a controlled studio, we use highly capable professional cinematic cameras and our own dedicated lighting equipment. This ensures we capture crisp, high-quality footage—completely free of grain or noise—regardless of the lighting conditions, perfectly preserving the atmosphere of your space.
4. Will I run into copyright issues with the music when I post on social media?
Not at all. All the music and sound effects we use in our projects come with full commercial use licenses. You can safely post your videos on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or your own website forever, without any fear of copyright strikes or muted audio.
3. Do you only film, or do you also help with the concept and script?
We are not just a camera crew; we are your full-service media production partner. Before the shoot, we sit down with you to develop video ideas tailored to your brand's goals, establish a concept, and prepare a script or storyboard. We step on set with a clear plan of exactly what and how we are going to shoot.
7. Do you provide on-camera presenters for the videos? In which languages can you produce content?
Yes, we do! If your brand or project requires an on-camera host, spokes person, or actor, we can provide professional presenters. To help you reach both local and international audiences, our presenters can fluently deliver your content in 6 different languages: Finnish, English, German, Russian, Turkish, and Ukrainian.
8. What kind of equipment do you use for shooting? Do you just edit using mobile apps like CapCut?
Not at all. While mobile apps are fine for quick personal clips, we are a professional media production agency, and our workflow reflects that. We shoot with cinema-grade equipment, including Lumix cameras, DJI drones, Insta360 cameras, DJI Ronin cinema gimbals, and float microphones for flawless, unclipped audio. We also use professional studio lighting with a 96% CRI (Color Rendering Index) and softboxes to ensure perfect skin tones and color accuracy.
For post-production, we don't rely on basic apps; we edit, color-grade, and master our videos using industry-standard professional software like Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Pixelmator Pro to deliver a truly high-end, cinematic final product.
5. Can you add voice-overs or subtitles to the videos?
Yes, we provide both. Since a large portion of users watch social media videos on mute, we include dynamic, engaging subtitles in all our packages. Additionally, depending on your needs, we offer budget-friendly AI voice-overs (included as a free option) as well as professional studio voice-over services.
6. Do you offer other services to boost my business's digital presence besides video production?
Yes, we do! We shoot 360-degree virtual tours (Google Street View compatible) to make your space digitally explorable. We also produce custom-designed NFC smart cards and display stands, allowing your customers to instantly leave a Google review, view your digital menu, or connect to your Wi-Fi just by tapping their phones.
Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Intellectual Property & Copyright All creative concepts, ideas, storyboards, scripts, and video materials produced by the Creator (Service Provider) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Creator until full payment is received. The Client may not use, publish, replicate, or execute any proposed concepts, scripts, or draft videos (either independently or through a third-party agency) without completing the full payment for the agreed services. Upon full payment, the final video usage rights are transferred to the Client, while the Creator retains the right to use the footage for portfolio and promotional purposes.
2. Payment Terms & Deposit To secure the booking and commence the pre-production (concept & ideation) phase, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project fee is required. The remaining balance is strictly due upon the final approval of the video. The final, unwatermarked, high-resolution files will only be released and delivered to the Client once the full payment has been successfully processed and received.
3. Drafts, Approvals & Watermarks All draft videos provided for review and feedback will include a visual watermark. Under no circumstances may watermarked drafts be published, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes. The Client is entitled to 2 rounds of minor revisions within the original project scope. Any extensive changes requested outside the initially agreed concept or beyond the included revision rounds will incur additional editing fees.
4. Cancellations & Kill Fee If the Client cancels the project after the concept development or pre-production phase has begun, the deposit is forfeited to cover the time and creative work invested. If the project is canceled after filming has taken place, the Client is responsible for 100% of the agreed project fee, regardless of whether they require the final edited video.
5. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, including the Finnish Copyright Act (Tekijänoikeuslaki). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
